Room wassuper clean and cozy but quite small for two people. The staff were helpful, providing excellent travel recommendations.

Location: the hotel was very close to all main attractions like the market that's on Friday through Saturday night, many sights, and the shopping place. The double room was tastefully decorated with view of fire escape, the bed was very big...

The location was good as it was near eateries and restaurants. The daily breakfast was great value for money with several options of local food and noodle soup, as example.

I found the breakfast unsatisfactory with numerous fruit flies buzzing around. Trash piled up at the entrance created an unpleasant first impression.

The breakfast was a delight every morning, especially with the option to order local specialties like Banh cuon. But it was the team that stood out. They were very good, giving helpful recommendations for local dining and even checking in to.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast made our stay refreshing, with a bright and clean room ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, complemented by easy access to explore the lively streets just a 20-minute walk away.

the room was a bit cramped for two people (good thing we didn't argue! ). but the breakfast selections were plentiful (the mango pancakes were delicious! the staff arranged our transport effortlessly (thanks to Mary D!).

It was just a strong match for a flying visit in Hanoi with best value. The hotel staff helped arrange a last-minute airport transfer that was a lifesaver. Bring some earplugs for the noisy streets if you're a light sleeper.

Its central location is convenient, with easy access to Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, museums, and other places of interest.

The staff here are very attentive and caring, just as I asked for, and the location is fabulous, close to the police station and within a 10-minute walk of a beautiful 19th-century church.
